After more than 10 years of extensive national and international experience the team at ALAN ALDANA & ABOGADOS together with various professionals and prominent figures in Venezuelan society, has established the Aldana Foundation.
The Fundación Aldana is a private, non-profit organization, whose purpose is to guide and defend the rights of all individuals. It provides professional legal assistance in cases where individuals lack the financial resources to afford private counsel, provided that the cases are of a nature that requires specialized study and preparation by expert attorneys.
The Foundation also aims to provide technical, cultural, sports, and financial aid and assistance to children, adolescents, and the elderly in situations of neglect. Furthermore, the Foundation may plan, promote, and host social and charitable events in whatever manner is deemed most appropriate to raise funds and secure donations, ensuring the execution of its plans and programs related to the objectives described above.
