Aldana Foundation is a non-profit private Foundation, whose purpose is to guide and defend the rights of all individuals. It provides professional legal assistance in cases where individuals lack the financial resources to afford private counsel, provided that the cases are of a nature that requires specialized study and preparation by expert attorneys.
The Foundation also has as object to provide help and technical, cultural, sport and economic assistance to children, teenagers and third age people in a state of abandonment. Likewise, the Foundation will be able to plan, promote and celebrate charitable and social events, in the most convenient way, to raise funds and other donations, to execute the plans and programs related to the previously described objects.

For more than two decades I have defended individuals and companies in the most demanding area of the law: criminal proceedings that cross borders, where exposure in one jurisdiction can decide liberty, reputation and assets in others.
I advise entrepreneurs, executives, former senior officials, family offices and high-net-worth families in complex matters of extradition, INTERPOL, sanctions and transnational criminal litigation across Europe, Latin America and the Gulf.
Admitted as Counsel on the ICC List of Counsel before the International Criminal Court, I practise in Spain and Venezuela. As founding and Managing Partner of VENFORT Abogados, I coordinate high-complexity matters from Madrid and Caracas, with correspondent firms in Portugal, Andorra, France, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Colombia, Panama, the Dominican Republic, the United States, Dubai, Singapore, Angola and Mozambique — fifteen jurisdictions in all.
My practice focuses on five areas:
I have acted in matters of international significance, including those connected with the Panama Papers, the 2009–2010 Venezuelan financial and securities crisis, and questions linked to the Odebrecht case, now before the Spanish courts. I have advised former heads of state, former ministers and senior officials on preventive INTERPOL and lawfare strategy.
Before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, I took part in Advisory Opinion OC-25/18 on the right to asylum, presenting oral argument in San José.
I head the Venezuela Committee of the World Compliance Association and serve as President of the Aldana Foundation. I am a guest lecturer at Aix-Marseille University and the Complutense University of Madrid, and speak at international forums, including at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and the Andrés Bello Catholic University in Caracas.
Much of my work is preventive: managing sanctions risk and acting before a crisis to forestall INTERPOL alerts.
I accept a limited number of confidential matters at any one time.
She is in charge of the institutional relations and the evaluation of the scope of donations to third age people’s and children’s homes, which the Foundation benefits through its programs.
Lawyer in free exercise of the profession, opting for the academic title of “Specialist in Procedural Law”, conferred by the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, and for the academic title of “Specialist in Constitutional Procedural Law”, that confers the Universidad Monteávila, Caracas, Venezuela.
He was Assistant to the 22nd Municipal Court from the Judicial District of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas (March 2002 – January 2004) and advisor to the Legal Advisor’s Office, Health Corporation of the Bolivarian State of Miranda (December 2008 – December 2009). Diciembre 2008- diciembre 2009.
His most relevant publications have been published by the Supreme Justice Court of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Law Journal Nº 23: “The defendant, the victim and the development of the investigation in the Venezuelan criminal proceeding”, and Law Journal Nº 30: “The execution of foreign judgments in Venezuela”. He also studied at the University of Central Florida. Center for Multilingual Multicultural Studies. Intensive English Program. Orlando, Florida, U.S.A. (January – December 2004).
Inside the Foundation, he coordinates the evaluation, acceptance and legal strategy to follow, in the criminal cases in which we represent to our beneficiaries (victims or defendants).
Partner and Director of the Commercial Law Division of the Law Firm of Alan Aldana & Associates. Master in Business Law, CIFF Business School, University of Alcalá and Banco Santander, Madrid-Spain (2015), Specialist in Commercial Law, Santa María University (2014), and a law degree from Santa María University (2012).
She carried out legal practices in the International Legal Office for Cooperation and Development (ILOCAD), his main functions being the drafting of contracts and the issuance of legal opinions in the field of Economic Criminal Law and international arbitration.
She has more than 4 years of experience in incorporation, acquisition, merger, dissolution and restructuring of Companies, as well as, preparation of reports and legal opinion for negotiations and contracts in the Mercantile field. She has excelled in Mercantile lawsuits, and is an important pillar in the Criminal Economic Litigation team for his expertise in Legal Compliance and Commercial Law.
She has excelled in trials related to the defense of Human Rights, as well as the preparation of spokespersons and training in the main universities of Caracas on this matter.
