Seminario: ACUERDO DE VICTIMAS ¿IMPUNIDAD EN COLOMBIA?

Following an invitation received, on February 10th and 11th, 2016, Dr. Alan Aldana will attend, on behalf of Aldana Foundation, the seminar: "VICTIMS' AGREEMENT – IMPUNITY IN COLOMBIA?", an event organized by the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Cali, Colombia.

Alongside Baltasar Garzón and Fernando Andreu, Dr. Aldana will participate in a presentation on the topic: "Truth Clarification Commission and Universal Jurisdiction" which will take place on Thursday, February 11th, between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM.

In partnership with the Baltasar Garzón Foundation (FIBGAR) and The Center for Justice and Accountability, the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana has organized this space for reflection and debate regarding the negotiation table for ending the armed conflict in the country, specifically dedicated to the fifth point of the agenda: Victims of the conflict.

The seminar's agenda is divided into two days, the first day focuses on the context of the Colombian debate, while the second day explores other justice models at an international level.
